Long-term / Short term Partnerships: LIDOSOM is a partner with Mama Fantoy Foundation, a charitable organization based in Canada and a women owned diaspora organization. Moreover, LIDOSOM is lobbying for grants, which it hopes to develop into a long-term/Short term partnership with International Organizations, Somali Diaspora and UN Agencies as a partner so as to be part of the organizations that does in humanitarian work in Gedo and Banadir Somalia as a whole.
LIDOSOM is supported by Save the Children through institutional capacity Strengthening of Shifting power projection funded by SIDA.
LIDOSOM supports Bismo Professional College, a vocational training center located in Luuq Gedo Somalia that imparts skills, knowledge and experience to disable and nondisabled youths that never had the opportunity of primary and secondary education. Moreover the college provides adult based education through the support of LIDOSOM.
